Our Process
Each jobs start with your budget and a free estimate. Depending on the project’s scope, we will help you with designs, blueprints, and permits. You will work with a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor with over 40 years of experience. We’ll only involve highly qualified tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) and only work with Edmonton’s finest materials suppliers.
We’re comfortable working on renovation projects for just about any situation. Some possible reasons you might need a home renovation are:

Checklist for Hiring a General Contractor
Whether you work with us or not, make sure you know the answers to these questions before you hire a contractor to work on your home!
- How many years in business?
- Years of experience?
- Can they provide referrals?
- Do they have WCB? We do.
- Do they have a city of Edmonton business license? We do.
- Are they insured? Who pays when the unforeseen happens?
- Are they a licensed Pre-Paid Contractor? If not they cannot lawfully take any money until the project is completed.
- Make sure your estimate, contract, and warranty are in writing.
- Make sure the contract has the direct sellers act on it, this is your right to cancel the contract.
